Hawthorn have made a late change ahead of their clash with the Blues on Sunday at Etihad Stadium.
Jaeger O'Meara has been withdrawn from the side, and will be replaced in the line-up by Jonathan O'Rourke.
Hawthorn confirmed O'Meara would miss with a hip problem.
Carlton will enter the clash as named.
