The Crows' off-season period is paying dividends after they thumped Sydney in Round 12, with their two notable recruits both entering the Power Rankings for the first time.

A Docker is creeping back up the rankings while an All-Australian performance out west has solidified a star Cat's stranglehold on first place.

Who's making the most impact in their new colours? Welcome to the weekly rankings of the Recruit of the Year contenders for 2025, with Round 12 giving us plenty to consider.

6. Alex Neal-Bullen (NEW)

Neal-Bullen has made an emphatic return to our Recruit of the Year Power Rankings after arguably a best on ground performance in the Crows' win, finishing with 25 disposals and a goal. Only Josh Rachele could say he had more scoreboard impact than Neal-Bullen, with Alex contributing six score involvements for the match, two being direct goal assists, which proved to be game-breaking moments in the first half.

Neal-Bullen is on pace to have a career year too, like his Adelaide newbie partner Peatling, scoring 11 goals through 12 games so far and averaging just shy of 17 disposals per game. The Crows forward line continues to live up to the hype, with Neal-Bullen's impact paramount to its success. Considering his price tag of Pick 28 in the National Draft, Adelaide seemingly have found the two bargains of the off-season.
