St Kilda have made further list changes ahead of the 2017 AFL Draft, with two more delistings.

American ruckman Jason Holmes has been told he will not be given a contract for 2018 and beyond, while Lewis Pierce has also been delisted, although the club has told him he will be selected in the 2017 Rookie Draft.

Saints coach Alan Richardson wished Holmes well, and said he should be proud for what he achieved in his short AFL career.

“To play just one AFL match is an enormous achievement for someone who knew almost nothing of our game a few years ago,” Richardson told saints.com.au.

“His commitment to learning, improving, and to St Kilda, over the past four years has been outstanding and his strong character and personality has been an asset around the club.”

“We wish him well for whatever the future holds and thank him for his contribution to the Saints.”
