Injured Tiger Jack Graham has been ruled out of Saturday's grand final.

The tough midfielder dislocated his shoulder in last Friday night's preliminary final win over Geelong but bravely played out the game.

However, following consultation with the club's medical department, he will not line-up against the Giants due to "the risk of re-dislocation."

Richmond general manager of football Neil Balme confirmed the news via the club website.

“We’re so proud of Jack for playing on after he was injured on Friday night, he is the ultimate team man,” Balme said.

“He has tried his hardest to be available to play this Saturday, and we commend him for that, but there’s a high probability that he will re-injure himself in Saturday’s game, which has influenced our decision.

“While he may not be out there on Saturday, his contribution to the team this season has been invaluable."

It forces the Tigers into one forced change for the decider, with Jack Ross, Kamdyn McIntosh, Marlion Pickett or Sydney Stack likely looming as Graham's replacement.
