Young Carlton star Zac Fisher may have played his last game of the season, after coach Brendon Bolton suggested the midfielder could have suffered a fractured leg.

Fisher left the field in the first quarter after receiving a knock to his lower leg, and was later seen limping badly in the rooms.

Despite waiting to go in for scans, the Blues' medical team had an initial diagnosis, with Bolton telling the media post-match they're unsure of the injury, but believe he could have a fractured leg.

A fractured leg could mark the end of his season, given North Melbourne's Sam Durdin was ruled out for the remainder of the season after fracturing his right tibia last weekend.

Carlton defender Liam Jones also suffered a knee injury, with Bolton suggesting it wasn't an ACL, but could have been another ligament in his knee.
