Geelong is confident that Bailey Smith, Jeremy Cameron and Gryan Miers will be available for Friday night's game against Gold Coast.
The trio have dealt with a variety of ailments, but were put through their paces over the weekend in a bid to get them up to speed.
Smith wasn't selected for the final practice match, but according to Cats GM Andrew Mackie, he's progressed through his calf issue.
"I think he's a high chance," Mackie said on 3AW.
"It was precautionary last week. I think he's feeling, off the weekend, we had a session, all reports today is that he's pulled up really well.
"We'll train again (Tuesday), but if I were to say right now, he'd be playing Friday night."
Miers is attempting to overcome an injured finger, while Cameron's quad has troubled him, seeing him pulled from the State of Origin clash.
With main training on Tuesday, Mackie is confident the duo will get through, but a clearer picture will be provided after the session.
"Gryan did a great job over the weekend," he added.
"Tested his thumb out. Once again, we'll ramp that up towards the back end of the week. Hopeful that's mapping pretty well for him to play.
"We'll touch base with the surgeon, because it was only a couple of weeks ago that he had a fix it with a ligament.
"And Jezza likewise. All three we're really optimistic about what Friday night looks like.
"But right now, the feeling is those guys are trending the right way."
Geelong will head to Queensland to face the Suns on Friday at People First Stadium.
