The AFL is set to ask Hawthorn for a please explain after covering a camera in its change rooms on Friday night.

After ruckman Jon Ceglar went down with a knee injury, he was taken into the rooms, at which point a club staff member was captured by Channel Seven covering a broadcast camera with a towel to obscure vision of the 25-year-old receiving treatment.

The League will seek an explanation from the club this week.

Hawthorn confirmed on Monday that Ceglar has suffered an ACL injury and will require a full knee reconstruction.

  1. Wow….we win the flag a few years in a row and suddenly we cheat?? If you people don’t like the way your team is then support a “real” team. GO HAWKS!!

  2. typical Hawks supporter. Can’t take criticism, surprised you didn’t pull out the old ‘how many premierships has your team won’ or ‘threepeat!’
