GWS small forward Darcy Jones has penned a two-year extension on top of his current contract, taking him until the end of 2028.
Jones was set to come out of contract next year, but the Giants have moved quickly to ensure he remains in Sydney's west.
After being taken with Pick 21 in the 2022 National Draft, Jones faced a troublesome maiden campaign after dealing with a serious knee injury.
He made his debut in Round 7 last year, and has rarely missed since, featuring in Adam Kingsley's side as a key factor in the Giants' 'Orange Tsunami'.
GWS EGM of Football Jason McCartney said Jones' re-signing was a strong show of faith in the direction the club is heading.
"Darcy is the kind of player that excites fans and energises a team," McCartney said.
"To come back from a serious knee injury and have the impact he did in his debut season speaks volumes about his character, work ethic, and natural talent, and we're thrilled to have him locked in for at least the next three seasons.
"His pace and his ability to create scoring opportunities for himself and others around goal are real weapons, and we're excited about what he can produce for us over the coming years as part of a really dynamic forward line."
Jones' signature comes as a chorus of key players have pledged their allegiance to the NSW club, following Toby Bedford, Finn Callaghan and Connor Idun re-committing earlier in the year.
The Giants have Callum Brown, Jacob Wehr, Leek Aleer, Nathan Wardius, Wade Derksen and Xavier O'Halloran coming out of contract, among veterans Callan Ward and Lachlan Keeffe.
Rivals have come hard for Aleer, who has interest from St Kilda, while O'Halloran flirted with a move to the Western Bulldogs last trade period.
