The Giants and Swans have been forced to use their medical subs late into their elimination final clash in Tasmania.
An ankle injury to GWS defender Isaac Cumming on the eve of three-quarter time has seen medical sub Tanner Bruhn brought into the game.
Cumming sustained the injury after an awkward marking contest that left the GWS backman in pain and requiring attention.

The Giants made the call to bring Bruhn into the game ahead of the final term, with the Giants holding a 19-point lead at the final break.
Meanwhile, Swans tall Hayden McLean was also subbed out of the match after requiring attention of club medical staff.
Medical sub Robbie Fox was brought into the match within the opening 10 minutes of the final quarter.
