The 23-man squads for Team Boak and Team Docherty have been confirmed for the 2025 AFL National Futures Boys match, which will be played at the MCG prior to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final.
The AFL National Futures Boys program features 46 of the country's most talented under-17 footballers. All representatives are born in 2008 and will be eligible for selection in the 2026 Telstra AFL Draft.
The squads are headlined by a plethora of names that will likely be selected in the early stages of the 2026 National Draft, including Carlton father-son prospect Cody Walker and Melbourne forward Jacob van Rooyen's younger brother Benji.
The fixture, which has been held annually at the MCG as a curtain-raiser to the Grand Final since 2016, excluding the COVID-affected seasons in 2020 and 2021, will commence at 9:35am (AEST) on Saturday.
