From guernsey choices to strange hairdos, Jack Ginnivan's decision to don a stylish ring on his finger during a game has inspired a deep-dive into some of the AFL's top wardrobe malfunctions.
Ginnivan was outed by a Pies fan on social media, prompting the league to intervene with a warning.
The questionable decision doesn't stand alone over the years, and this article takes you through some less-than-memorable wardrobe choices.
4. And it was all yellow... Saints sponsored by Pura
A three-year partnership with Pura Milk from 2001-2003 inspired one of the most iconic clash guernseys in the history of football.

St Kilda, who don red, white and black, were seen in a near all-yellow playing jumper which certainly raised eyebrows.
It was only worn for five games during the three years.
Honourable mentions
We are the pale Blues?
Carlton's bold move to don a promotional guernsey, like St Kilda, didn't pay dividends in the late 1990s.
M&M, a sponsor of the Blues, helped design a light blue jersey that was worn against Adelaide in 1997, which helped fetch $250,000 in marketing revenue for the club.
It was a once-off deal with the sweet treat company, and thankfully so.
Pink is the new red?
Entering a new era, Gold Coast unveiled a major overhaul to its logo and guernseys, donning a totally new design.
A part of their rebranding was a trio of new jumpers, including an AFL-first trailblazing pink guernsey.

The design is set to pay tribute to the pink skies of the Gold Coast sunrise as well as the evolution of the club.
The jumper was worn at last year's Gather Round as well as the semi final against cross-town rivals Brisbane.
Not many Marvel at Bulldogs guernsey
The Western Bulldogs were bestowed the privilege of donning a Marvel-themed, Thor-inspired guernsey to open the first at the recently rebranded Marvel Stadium in 2019.
The guernsey paid homage to Australian star actor Chris Hemsworth, who is an avid Bulldogs fan, and also plays Thor in the Marvel series.
It was worn on a one-off occasion.

The clash guernsey was used on rare occasions, but was worn during the finals series on the way to the Hawks' three-peat.

But it's not the first time the brown and gold got creative with their playing kits.
In 1995, the Hawks wore an unusual diamond design in the pre-season.
A 2005 shocker came in Heritage Round, which had Hawthorn in a blue guernsey, with red and white stripes.
