Fremanlte have secured the signatures of youngsters Alex Pearce and Lachie Weller for a further two seasons.
Both were contracted until the end of 2016, however, chose to recommit to the Dockers for two more years, tying them to the club until the end of the 2018 season.
Pearce played 13 games this season, after making his debut in round six, while Weller, who was the club's first pick in the 2014 National Draft, at No. 13 over all, played three games after debuting in round 18.
