Emerging Carlton forward Ashton Moir has signed a two-year extension with the IKON Park club, taking him until the end of 2027.
Amid an era of change at the Blues, Moir, who was already contracted for next year, has shown plenty of promise since being taken with Pick 29 in the 2023 National Draft.
The 20-year-old has played seven games in the past two years, including the last four, which included a four-goal haul against Melbourne in Round 19, which earned him a Rising Star nomination.
Hailing from South Australia, Moir can play both tall and small in the front half, standing at 187cm, challenging opposition defenders with his incredible athleticism, as well as his ability to use both sides of his body.

Head of List Management Nick Austin said Moir is continuing to grow into the player they expect him to become, whilst also carving out his own legacy in the famous No.43.
"Ashton is only starting to scratch the surface of what he is capable of, so we are looking forward to seeing him use the next 12 months to do all he can to push for more senior opportunities," Austin said.
"He is an electrifying player; he brings a lot of energy and intensity to our forward line. Ashton's ability to own the moment and stay level-headed in high-pressure situations is impressive for someone his age.
"The foundations Ashton has laid this year have given him a great platform to launch into 2026 and beyond, and we can't wait to see what he can produce in the Navy Blue."
Moir has joined fellow emerging Blues in Lachie Cowan, Matt Carroll and Harry O'Farrell in putting pen to paper to remain at IKON Park.
Moir and the Blues will head west to take on Fremantle on Sunday.
