Exciting young prospect Harry Rowston has reaffirmed his faith in GWS, signing a new deal until the end of 2028.

Rowston is a Giants academy graduate, and was selected with Pick 16 in the 2022 National Draft.

The 21-year-old debuted in his maiden season, notching up seven games in the first half of the year before spending the majority of 2024 on the sidelines managing a back issue.

Rowston returned to health this year, featuring 10 times in Adam Kingsley's side, playing multiple roles in the front half.

His best outing came against Gold Coast in Round 23, where he kicked four goals from 12 possessions to help secure the win.

"Harry is a GIANTS Academy product who's had to work hard and show real patience across his first few years at the club, and it's fantastic to be able to reward him with a two-year extension," GWS EGM of Football Jason McCartney said.

"He's continued to develop his game, whether that's as a midfielder or more recently as a forward, and his breakout performance against West Coast highlighted the talent and impact we know he can bring at AFL level.

"Harry's a terrific young man with a load of talent. We're delighted to see him commit through until the end of 2028."

Rowston joins teammates Ryan Angwin, Finn Callaghan, Connor Idun, Aaron Cadman, Xavier O'Halloran, Darcy Jones and Jack Buckley, who have all re-signed in 2025.
