The Court of Arbitration for Sport has confirmed that it will hand out its decision on the fate of the 34 past and present Essendon players on Tuesday morning.
"Essendon Football Club can confirm the 34 players, past and present, have been advised that a decision from the Court of Arbitration for Sport will be handed down on the morning of Tuesday January 12," the Bombers said in a brief statement on the club's website.
The Essendon 34 were cleared of doping offences in March last year by the AFL Anti-Doping Tribunal due to insufficient evidence.
However, the World Anti-Doping Agency opted to appeal the decision, with hearings held in Sydney in November last year.
