Defender Luke Brown has put pen to paper on a new three-year deal with the Crows, keeping him at the club until at least the end of the 2020 season.

The 24-year-old, who has played 99 games for the club, has been a model of consistency and durability for the Crows in recent years, playing 96 of Adelaide's last 99 games.

Adelaide List Manager, Justin Reid, said the club is delighted to secure an important of its defensive six for another three years.

“We are thrilled to have Luke re-sign with us,” Reid said. “He is a key part of our back six and works in really well with our defensive group.

“He is a developing leader amongst the playing group and we love his competitive nature and team-first approach.”

Brown said he is excited about the direction of the club and had no hesitation in re-signing.

“I am excited to be able to continue my career at the Crows,” Brown said.

“It’s a great environment to be around at the Club and we have a determined playing group that I feel is not far off success.”

Adelaide face the Lions at the Gabba this Saturday night.
