Geelong recruit Jack Steven is set to make his debut for the club this weekend.
The midfielder is a late inclusion for his side's clash with Carlton on Saturday night, coming into the side for Brandan Parfitt (hamstring soreness).
It comes just a month after Steven was hospitalised after being stabbed by a knife.
The 30-year old has only had one proper hitout this season in a Marsh Community Series match in March.
Steven moved to the Cats at the end of the 2019 season after playing 183 games for St Kilda.
Geelong meet Carlton on Saturday night at GMHBA Stadium at 7.40pm (AEST).
