Carlton football boss Brad Lloyd has conceded he is "unsure" of his and coach Michael Voss' future at Princes Park amid "enormous" pressure on the club in the wake of their 50-point loss to Port Adelaide.
Lloyd fronted the media at Melbourne Airport on Friday to speak on the club and the recent vandalism of the Blues' training facility, fielding questions on the doubt surrounding the future of key members of the club.
"There's plenty of pressure on (the club)," Lloyd said. "We need to stick together as a footy club, that's the only way forward from here.
"The pressure, it's enormous at the moment. We need to stick together as a club. There's no other way around that, really.
"There's plenty of areas we need to improve on."
Asked whether there was confidence that either Lloyd or Voss would still be with Carlton in 2026, the former couldn't assure the outcome, while offering the latest on the battling coach.
"I'm unsure of that," Lloyd said.
"We'll just stick at it and keep going to work. It's for others to judge.
"I think [Voss] is going OK. He's a competitor. He's hurting, with our form, but he's holding up pretty well. He's a strong man.
Lloyd's name was spray-painted onto Carlton's headquarters as vandals called for him and list manager Nick Austin to be moved on.
Also part of the message was that the entire Carlton Board should be 'sacked', while Voss should hold his role.
Asked about the messages and the Board, Lloyd backed the club's hierarchy, who have been "very good for the club".
"The Board has been very good over the last few years," Lloyd said.
"I think the board has been very settled, very stable. I couldn't speak more highly of them.
"I think they've been very good for the club. A group that has stuck together."
