New Melbourne recruit Steven May is set to miss the Demons' round one clash against Port Adelaide, after receiving a one-match ban for his bump on Brisbane's Jarrod Berry.
May struck Berry with a bump in the fourth quarter, which saw Berry miss the rest of the contest.

Fremantle's Brandon Matera has also been handed a one-match ban, after striking West Coast's Jake Waterman during their clash on Sunday.
Aaron vandenBerg, Dean Kent, Clayton Oliver, Liam Shiels and Todd Marshall can all accept financial sanctions.
