The premiers have confirmed six list changes, with forward Malcolm Karpany headlining the outs.
Karpany joins Luke Partington, Tarir Bayok, Ryan Burrows, Callan England and Tony Olango in being told their futures lie away from the club.
Karpany played seven games for the Eagles, with Partington played six, although neither player saw action in 2018.
“I would particularly like to acknowledge Mally and Luke, who are both terrific young men and who have displayed great commitment and professionalism throughout their time with us," West Coast's General Manager of Football Craig Vozzo told westcoasteagles.com.au.
"Unfortunately, Mally’s 2018 season was cut short due to injury, whilst Luke’s efforts culminated in him tying for the 2018 East Perth best and fairest award.
“This is always a very difficult time of the year as we finalise our list changes and on behalf of the club I would like to sincerely thank Mally, Luke, Tarir, Ryan, Tony and Cal for their contribution and wish them well with their future endeavours.”
