North Melbourne forward Aaron Black could be set to leave the Roos, according to his manager Jason Dover.

Speaking to AFL Trade Radio on Monday, Dover said that the 24-year-old is keen to seek a fresh start, after limited opportunities at Arden Street.

โ€œWeโ€™ve probably been a little disappointed in that instance. Some of the players brought in might have gone past Aaron,โ€ Dover said.

โ€œAaron made the choice to stay at the Kangaroos because of loyalty. Perhaps in hindsight, we may look at it differently.

โ€œItโ€™s been 12 months now heโ€™s been treading water.

โ€œHopefully we can explore some opportunities that might mean a fresh start for Aaron elsewhere.โ€

Black is contracted until the end of 2017 and has kicked 64 goals in 50 career games with North Melbourne.
