Western Bulldogs defender Lewis Young has reportedly requested a trade to Carlton, per AFL.com.au's Callum Twomey.
Reports emerged last week that Young would assess his options outside of Whitten Oval after being out-of-favour under coach Luke Beveridge this season.
The 22-year-old played nine games this season in the red, white and blue, and is now the latest Bulldog to be looking to depart the Kennel.

Midfielder Patrick Lipinski requested a trade to Collingwood last week after also being placed outside of Beveridge's plans for a majority of this season.
Young is set to hold a medical with the Blues as early as Monday, according to Twomey's report, with the Dogs backman the latest to be opting for Ikon Park.
Carlton have already signed restricted free agent George Hewett from Sydney this off-season, while Fremantle onballer Adam Cerra has also requested a trade to the Blues.
The Bulldogs were understood to have tabled a two-year offer to Young, who has played 24 games sine making his debut in 2017.
Ruckman Jordon Sweet is believed to be gaining interest from rival clubs as he too was limited to minutes at AFL level this season given the Bulldogs' strong list that led to a Grand Final berth.
The AFL Trade Period commenced on Monday morning, with the Blues now set to open negotiations with the Bulldogs and Dockers in order to move for Young and Cerra respectively.
