Geelong key forward Shannon Neale was offered a one-match ban for his rough conduct charge during the win over Sydney on Sunday.

Neale's offence occurred in the third term, collecting Swans veteran Jake Lloyd following a marking contest.

The Match Review Officer (MRO) graded the incident as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, resulting in a week off.

The Cats face Richmond in the final round of the 2025 season.

Elsewhere, Tiger midfielder Jacob Hopper will hand over $6,250 ($3,750 guilty plea) for tripping North Melbourne gun Harry Sheezel.

The fee was increased because it was Hopper's second tripping offence.

Western Bulldogs debutant Jordan Croft was sanctioned for making careless contact with an umpire, as was Eagles youngster Clay Hall.

The pair can pay $1,500 ($1,000 guilty plea).

Port Adelaide's Ollie Wines and Gold Coast's Alex Davies are heading to the Tribunal on Tuesday to challenge their bans.

Wines was offered a three-match suspension, while Davies will be fighting a one-week punishment.
