The AFL's Match Review Officer has handed down one charge from Thursday's Anzac Day Eve game between Richmond and Melbourne, with Demons forward Kysaiah Pickett handed a fine.

A fourth quarter incident that has seen Pickett charged with making careless contact with an umpire has seen the livewire attacker offered a $1500 penalty.

Pickett is able to reduce that fine to $1000 with an early guilty plea.

No other players were charged from Thursday's Round 7 game.

The offence is the 34th of the year under the careless contact with an umpire charge, with the penalty falling under the fixed financial sanction outcome.

The fine comes a week after Pickett was charged with striking Fremantle's Karl Worner, with the premiership Demon accepting a $1875 fine.
