For 10 clubs, the end of the home and away season means their attention quickly turns to list management, with the AFL Draft often the highlighted avenue for addition.

This year's first 10 picks are expected to see a trio of clubs hold multiple selections in the first half of night one, while a handful of clubs that aren't playing finals don't have selections in the first round.

5. Melbourne

Kalani White

While the Demons don't have their top selection for 2025, there's little need to worry, given they pocketed Xavier Lindsay as a result of their trade with Essendon last year

What Melbourne has to look forward to is a pair of club-tied teenagers who excited onlookers this year, with father-son Kalani White one of them.

The son of ex-Demons ruckman Jeff, Kalani has great upside as a near-200cm utility who boasts great flexibility.

He featured for Gold Coast's Academy, the Allies and the Casey Demons this year, having one of his most impressive games for the latter.

Demons fans can add NGA talent Toby Sinnema to their plans, with the Dandenong wingman a clean-kicking outside runner who will learn plenty from someone like Ed Langdon.
