A total of 64 draft prospects have been invited to the AFL's three-day National Combine held in Melbourne from October 3-5, headlined by Pick 1 fancies Cooper Duff-Tytler and Willem Duursma.

Club interviews will be held at the MCG on Friday and Saturday, ahead of physical testing at the State Netball & Hockey Centre on Sunday.

The invitees were selected based on recommendations from club recruiters, with each side presenting a top 50 in the lead-up to the multi-day testing festival.

Vic Metro had a whopping 19 players nominated for the National Combine, followed by South Australia, which had 14.

Taj Murray (NT) and Avery Thomas (TAS) are the sole representatives from their respective state and territory.

Those with fewer nominations from AFL clubs will be selected for state-based combines, which will run on October 5 (Victoria), October 11 (South Australia) and October 12 (Western Australia).
