Adelaide have made four changes from their Round 10 team ahead of Saturday's preliminary final against Fremantle at Adelaide Oval.

McKenzie Dowrick, Jasmyn Hewett and Zoe Prowse have all been omitted ahead of the do or die clash, with Eloise Jones set to miss the fixture after being handed a one-week suspension for a dangerous tackle on St Kilda's Tilly Lucas-Rodd.

Fremantle has made just one change, welcoming back Makaela Tuhakaraina from AFL health and safety protocols, replacing the injured Sarah Wielstra.

In Saturday's other final, Melbourne have made just one change, as Tahlia Gillard has been replaced by the more experienced Eden Zanker. While Brisbane will field a similar team to that of last week's qualifying final, with Maggie Harmer making way for Indy Tahau.
