Overall

Collingwood has nominated Callum Brown as a father-son recruit.

He is the son of former Pies’ champion, Gavin, and like his father, Callum is incredibly courageous, particularly given his size.

He is a fierce competitive inside midfielder, who wins plenty of contested ball.

However, his kicking needs work and he is not all that quick. He will also need to add significant size to his light frame to compete at AFL level.

But at underage level he has not let his size worry him, as he possess genuine footy smarts and knows how best to play to his strengths.
