Channel Nine is chasing Fox Footy’s Neroli Meadows to host the revamped AFL Footy show, according to the Herald Sun.

Nine is reportedly ‘desperate’ to get Meadows to change networks, however, the 33-year old is still weighing up the offer.

Meadows would become the second ever female host of the program after Rebecca Maddern in 2016.

It comes after a report over the weekend that comedian Anthony “Lehmo” Lehman would host the new-look AFL Footy Show alongside regular panellists Brendan Fevola, Dylan Alcott and an unknown female identity.
