Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley has confirmed defender Lachie Jones will debut in Friday night's clash against Richmond.
The 188cm backman has been heavily-touted as "ready-made" player for the Power, with the teenager battling a hamstring injury earlier this season.
Taken with pick 16 in last year's draft as a Next Generation Academy graduate, Jones immediately impressed at Alberton over the off-season and will now get his chance to feature at AFL level.
Speaking to media on Thursday, Hinkley confirmed ruckman Peter Ladhams would make way for Jones in Port Adelaide's only change for Round 4.

Hinkley also flagged that key forward Todd Marshall is still out to prove his fitness ahead of tonight's selection, with Ladhams on standby.
