Sam Menegola and Tom Atkins have signed new deals with Geelong that will see the pair remain at Kardinia Park until the end of the 2021 season.

Menegola joined the Cats in 2015 after stints with Hawthorn and Fremantle and has featured in the hoops 65 times, kicking 48 goals since making his debut in 2016.

Atkins managed 23 games for the Cats in 2019, earning a new deal after a strong debut season.

Geelong's general manager of football Simon Lloyd was excited the clubs latest pair to sign an extension.

“Both Sam and Tom have proven themselves as valuable members of our team, and we are pleased to have reached these new agreements,” Geelong’s general manager of football Simon Lloyd told the club's website.

“They are influential in setting high standards within our playing group and we feel both have continued growth ahead of them.”
