Geelong star Tom Hawkins has been handed a one-match ban for elbowing Fremantle's Luke Ryan in Monday's clash.
The incident was graded as intentional, high contact and low impact.

If Geelong accept the penalty, Hawkins will miss this weekend's clash with the Eagles.
