Former St Kilda player Justin Koschitzke believes Nat Fyfe will be a Saints' player in 2018.

Koschitzke has even made the bold claim of suggesting Fyfe will captain of the club.

“I reckon he was a bit unhappy about not being named captain last year after his Brownlow,” Koschitzke said on EON Sports Radio on Wednesday morning.

“[St Kilda] will make a big play for that sort of player. The Saints will be coming into an era where the middle tier players are playing really well.

"They've rebuilt well underneath, they'll just make a big play for a big headline player like that."

Fyfe has played 117 games in seven seasons with the Dockers, but managed just five games in 2016 after breaking his leg in Round 6.
