Star West Coast ruckman Nic Naitanui looks to be in doubt for the Eagles clash with Adelaide this week, after arriving at the club on crutches on Monday morning due to a foot injury.

Naitanui also suffered a broken nose during the Eagles' narrow eight point loss to the Western Bulldogs on Sunday.

The club is yet to reveal the extent of Naitanui's foot injury.

His absence would be a huge loss for the Eagles, with 26-year-old playing every match so far this season, averaging 35.3 hitouts per game, second in the competition to Melbourne ruckman Max Gawn and a career high 13.1 disposals per game and 6.4 score involvements.

The Eagles take on the Crows on Saturday evening at 5.40pm AWST at Domain Stadium.

More to come.
