GWS forward Toby Greene has been reported for striking Western Bulldogs midfielder Caleb Daniel.

The incident occurred in the final minutes of the third quarter, as Greene struck Daniel in the face with his left hand after following through with an attempted spoil.

The umpire reported Greene on the spot, and also paid a 50m penalty against Greene, which saw Daniel goal from the goal square.

Daniel then left the field with blood coming from his mouth, which was likely from the incident.

The report comes one week after Greene was cited for headbutting Sydney's Isaac Heeney last weekend, before being cleared by the Match Review Panel for insufficient force.
