The Swans have since confirmed that all players and coaches have returned negative tests after undergoing procedures on Wednesday.

The update is a strong sign the AFL won't need to readjust the upcoming round of fixtures for Round 8.

Greater Western Sydney players have been told by the league to undergo testing of their own as they look to prepare for their respective game this weekend.

The Giants are scheduled to face Essendon at home on Saturday afternoon, while the Swans are planning to fly to Melbourne to face the Demons later that day.
