The Suns have confirmed that Matt Rosa and Alex Sexton will both miss up to a month, after the pair suffered injuries in the side's 73-point loss to Melbourne on the weekend.

Sexton suffered a broken arm and is expected to miss 3-4 weeks.

“Secko had his operation on Sunday morning after the game Saturday. He broke his arm,” general manager of football operations, Marcus Ashcroft, told the club's website.

“Surgery went really well, it was a clean break so all reports initially are he’ll miss the next 3-4 weeks.”

Rosa strained his left hamstring and is also expected to miss at least three weeks.

“Matt also didn’t play the second half, twinged his hamstring,” Ashcroft said.

“It’s a similar injury he’s had before so nothing that’s new to him. Again, similar timeframe to Alex, he’ll miss the next 3-4 weeks.”

The Suns face the in-form Giants at Spotless Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
