Gold Coast have been forced into a late change ahead of Sunday's clash with Carlton, with Lachie Weller withdrawing from the squad.
Weller sustained a hamstring injury which saw him depart Friday's training session early, with Suns General Manager of Football Operations Jon Haines detailing the extent of the problem to the Suns' website.
“Unfortunately for Lachie, he wasn’t able to complete today’s training session,” Haines said.
“He’ll go for scans later this afternoon on his hamstring and we’ll know more around his return to play after that.”
The Suns have brought Ben Ainsworth onto the extended bench.
Both the Suns and Blues will confirm their 22-man squads on Friday at 5pm.
