GWS veteran Steve Johnson could come under heavy scrutiny from the Match Review Panel after flooring Swans star Josh Kennedy with an elbow to the face during the first quarter of the qualifying final at ANZ Stadium.
Kennedy was left groggy after the hit and had to be helped from the ground by trainers.
