Collingwood's Jaidyn Stephenson has been struck with glandular fever.

Stephenson hasn't been seen at Collingwood's training facility since being diagnosed with the illness last week.

The Magpies believe Stephenson has only a mild case of the fever and will keep a close eye on Stephenson during this time.

Stephenson will likely make an appearance back at the club next week.

Stephenson missed the last 10 games of the 2019 season due to suspension and was missed by the Pies in that time with scoring coming, but helped the Pies have a solid run in September upon his return.
