Subiaco 20.15 (135) def. East Perth 6.8 (44)

Subiaco ran out big winners in round five with Liam Ryan kicking six goalsย from his 16 disposals.

West Coast livewire Lewis Jetta was among the best for East Perth gathering 36 touches to go along with six inside 50s. Daniel Venables, pick 13 in last year's draft, had a quiet game with just seven touches while big man Fraser McInnes had 22 hit outs, 18 disposals and kicked a goal in the loss.

Peel Thunder 11.7 (73) def. by West Perth 15.18 (108)

Scott Simpson was a standout in West Perth's win over Peel Thunder as he registered 27 touches, 15 hit outs and a goal while Luke Meadows collected 28 touches and two goals in the Good Friday clash. Aaron Black also collected 38 touches in midfield.

For the Thunder, Zac Dawson was relatively quiet with 11 disposals however Fremantle hopeful Matthew Taberner notched up 25 touches and three goals.

Darcy Tucker was also good with 27 touches and a goal while Cameron Sutcliffe had 23 touches, 10 tackles and two goals.

Jonathon Griffin had 43 hitouts.

South Fremantle 17.9 (111) def. Claremont 6.10 (46)

Blaine Johnson continued his strong start to 2017 with 23 touches and two goals in South Fremantle's easy win as Haiden Schloithe won plenty of the ball with 28 touches and a major for his efforts.

For Claremont, Jake Murphy was their best with 26 touches with Bailey Banfield providing good assistance with 21 touches, eight tackles and four inside 50s.

East Fremantle 8.10 (58) def. by Swan Districts 12.18 (90)

Ruckman Corey Gault was instrumental with 22 touches and 19 hit outs in Swan Districts win on Saturday while former AFL players David Ellard and Ryan Crowley also had strong performances in the victory.

Jayden Schofield was East Fremantle's best with 32 touches and six inside 50s while Cameron Eardley had 32 touches as well while laying 12 tackles and kicking two goals.
