St Kilda have released a club statement on Thursday in response to an incident that took place during Channel Nine's The Footy Show on Wednesday night.
Saints forward Josh Bruce was a guest on the show on Wednesday night, and was an onlooker during a brief discussion that surrounded a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Caitlyn Jenner.
Sam Newman and Billy Brownless led the chat, with Newman at one stage referring to Jenner as an "it", among other things.
Following a backlash from viewers on social media on Thursday morning, St Kilda released the following statement on Thursday afternoon relating to the conversation.
St Kilda will host Gold Coast on Sunday afternoon at Etihad Stadium in a bid to move back inside the top eight.
