GWS star Stephen Coniglio is set to come to Victoria at season's end, with Channel 7 reporting the 25-year-old will move to a Melbourne club during the off-season.

Channel 7 believes Carlton are leading the race for his signature, with Hawthorn not too far behind.

St Kilda is also in for the talented midfielder, although they seem to be last in the queue.

Coniglio is the biggest name of the 2019 free agency pool, and speculation ramped up regarding his future following his knee injury against Richmond in round 17.

The injury will likely end Coniglio's season, although the Giants haven't officially ruled him out.

Coniglio has played 133 games for the Giants since joining the club for their inaugural season in 2012.
