Port Adelaide gun Ollie Wines has publicly committed to the Power after ongoing speculation suggesting the 25-year-old could move to Victoria.

Carlton and Essendon have long been linked for the bullish onballer, but after a minor premiership winning season with Port Adelaide and a Grand Final in their sights, he wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

“I can’t see myself going anywhere,” he told Fox Footy’s AFL 360.

“I’m probably biased saying this but our list is in the best spot in the AFL, we’ve got a great mix of mature talent – this is my best spot for success and I want to be a part of it.”

“I love every part of this group."

“There’s probably a core, alongside Ken Hinkley, who have put in the hard work over the last years to get to this point.

“Over the last 18 months, we’ve focused so hard on forming a connection with one another and forming something on a deeper level."

Port Adelaide will face the winner of either Richmond or St Kilda for their home preliminary final next week.
