Richmond midfielder Anthony Miles has been withdrawn from the Tigers' side that will face GWS at the MCG on Sunday.

Miles will miss the game with a minor knee injury, and will be replaced in the side by Corey Ellis.

Miles has played just three games so far in 2017, and played against Brisbane last week for the first time since round nine, and collected 24 disposals against the Lions.

Ellis will come into Richmond's side for just the third time this season, after playing back-to-back games against the Western Bulldogs and Fremantle in rounds seven and eight.

The 20-year-old has struggled to cement his spot in Richmond's side since being selected with Richmond's first pick in the 2014 National Draft, and has played just 19 games over three seasons.

Connor Menadue has been added to the emergencies.
