Richmond has confirmed they will challenge Dustin Martin’s two-match ban for striking GWS’ Adam Kennedy on Saturday afternoon.
Martin was hit with the two-match suspension after Match Review Officer Michael Christian deemed the incident to be assessed as intentional conduct with medium impact and high contact.

Martin is set to miss the Tigers’ clashes with Port Adelaide and Sydney, although Richmond are hoping to downgrade the ban to one week at the most.
If the Tigers fail at the AFL Tribunal, they will incur a $10,000 fine for fighting an MRO case and losing.
