Reigning AFL Europe champions Ireland have decimated hosts Croatia, posting an untested cricket score during the continental champions in Zagreb.

On the third day of the four-day tournament, the women from the Emerald Isle cut the Croatian Queens to ribbons, ending their outing with 46 goals, 24 behinds and 300 points on the board.

The Banshee's triple-century breaching win came after completing victories over Great Britain and Croatia on the opening day, as well as further demolitions of Germany and the European Crusaders throughout day 2.

Ireland is yet to concede a single point in any of their fixtures whilst proving able to post 459 of their own.

Following COVID interruptions, the 2022 championships have presented the Irishwomen with the first opportunity to defend their crown claimed in 2019.

The side led by head coach Mike Currane three years ago also proved impenetrable, toasting five wins from five starts and failing to leak a single score.

This utter dominance comes as an unparalleled 22 Irishwomen are currently plying their trade on AFLW lists during season seven of the full expanded competition.
