Collingwood young gun Matthew Scharenberg has suffered a serious knee injury at training on Monday morning.
The Herald Sun has reported that he will require a full knee reconstruction.
Scharenberg, who was selected with pick No. 6 in the 2013 National Draft, made his debut in 2015, playing four senior games.
