Carlton’s poor season to date could open the door for Henderson to entertain the lucrative offers in front of him.
He said that he is delaying contract talk to focus on his form, after returning from a hamstring injury earlier in the season.
Brisbane is reportedly prepared to offer Henderson a huge deal, just six years after the club let the key position player go.
Geelong is very interested in increasing its big man stocks, with several retirements looming over the next few years to key members of the backline.
Henderson also has ties to the Geelong area, having grown up in Birregurra and gone to school at Geelong College.
The 101 gamer said earlier this year that he would wait until season’s end before making a decision on his future.
“I had a not-great year last year so just me getting back to playing some good, consistent footy and injury-free footy would be nice,’’ he said.
