Richmond coach Damien Hardwick's new relationship with a young staffer at the club has been confirmed.
According toย The Herald Sun's Jackie Epstein, Hardwick's new romance with the staffer, a member of the of the Tigersโ commercial sales team, is causing tension with the club.
The pair were reportedly recently spotted on holiday in Queensland and around Melbourne together.
It comes after Hardwick's split with his wife Danielle - affectionately known as Mrs Hardwick - was revealed last month.
The Herald Sunย contacted Richmond for comment, who released the following statement: โThe Club is aware that coach Damien Hardwick is currently in a relationship with a member of the Clubโs administration staff. The Club has no concerns with this under Club policy. Beyond this, it is a private matter and we ask that privacy be respected.โ
Hardwick just coached the Tigers to their third premiership in four years.
